Alira Health Advises Polylinks in Sale to Enplas

San Francisco, California – July 27, 2017–Enplas, a Japanese public company, acquired Polylinks, a specialized contract manufacturer of precision plastic components and devices for life science industries with a particular focus on NGS applications.“We were pleased to be chosen by Polylinks as their strategic advisor and to facilitate the transaction between Enplas and PolyLinks. Founded in 1995 , Polylinks is located in Asheville, North Carolina. PolyLinks specializes in manufacturing precision plastic parts and devices for the life sciences industries, with a particular focus on disposable devices for next generation sequencing and molecular diagnostic applications. PolyLinks services portfolio and core capabilities include design for manufacturing and engineering, injection molding and clean room assembly.
